Our Journey
ICREA was founded in 2013 with a mission: to be the most effective, creative and ground-breaking integrated customised advisory firm in our area of expertise.
ICREA started as a division of Tanjay Real Estate, with a goal of reaching clients in a risk-managed real estate investments, which were long-term and income-generating, thus moving away from the speculative nature of real estate. As ICREA's understanding of the business grew, there was an increased focus on finding asset-based solutions in the defensive sectors: education and healthcare.
With growth, came a re-calibration in order to provide a wider range of services, not only on the asset side but also on the business side of education and healthcare by doing joint ventures, partnerships, M&A, equity and debt advisory in various geographies.
In 2017, ICREA evolved and added two new sectors on the way, which was hospitality and industrial and logistics. As of 2024, there has been a development of ICREA Technologies to offer cutting edge, technological solutions in the education and healthcare fields. As of now, ICREA has grown substantially in its penetration of new geographies and we have the competence and ability to execute transactions in 40+ countries.
